Item/s are presented in individual jewellery boxes, gift-wrapped, including jewellery photograph cards, a business card and polishing cloth.

All packing materials are recycled.

If you would like a personalised note adding to the gift wrapping please add this in the notes at checkout. 

When purchasing a bangle you need to measure your hand/wrist as accurately as possible. Please wrap a tape measure around all five knuckles, with your hand positioned as if it were squeezing into a bangle. Measure in cm and select your size. Always round up if the measurement is between sizes.

If you are unsure how to do this please message Lauren after purchasing and she will provide further help.

When ordering a ring please select the appropriate finger size. As a guide a ring sizer should slide onto the finger, be a snug fit over the knuckle and then need to be wriggled off. It is important to get an accurate ring size. Please measure your finger when it is not too hot or cold. If you require a half size please message Lauren after purchasing. If you are unsure of your ring size, please go ahead with your purchase and submit in the comments that you require help finding your correct size. 

If after receiving a ring you discover it is the wrong size Lauren will alter the size to your requirements. Please note Lauren will only resize a ring once free of charge, an additional charge will be made for multiple resizing attempts. The customer must pay for the return insured postage.
